5. Ethnicity Pay Tables
Our hourly rates show that those within our Devon and Cornwall Police who are Black, Asian or ethnic minority are not paid, on average, less, than their white British colleagues. The average higher hourly rate is linked to annual pay increments in line with length of service of those staff and officers who are Black, Asian or an ethnic minority.
Please note: a minus figures means those from ethnic minority heritage are, on average, paid a higher rate than those who identify as White British.
