Newquay Police are committed to combating drugs and organised Crime. This means reviewing community intelligence, carrying out regular patrols, applying for warrants when appropriate and carrying out disruption activity.

Newquay Police are committed to supporting the Violence against Women and Girls agenda. This means we have provided information in conjunction with the license Premises around spiking, provided high visibility patrols around the night time economy and supported the introduction of the Night bus, which services the local community by providing a safe route home.

Continued work with the Council, licensed premises and other agencies to make sure information is shared around our activity. Prevention activity including raising awareness around drink spiking and ongoing work to ensure we have the 'Night bus' service running again through the summer months and was launched towards the end of May. This provides a service to the local community to makes sure people can get in and out of the night time economy safely.
