Lead Agency: Please note that the enforcement of dog fouling, including the issuing of Fixed Penalty Notices (FPN’s), is the responsibility of the local authority rather than the police.

Reporting: We encourage all community members to report specific incidents, including locations and times of the day directly to Plymouth City Council.
Council Action: The council has the power to deploy Dog Control Officers and maintenance teams to address these specific cleanliness issues.

We encourage residents to continue using our community messaging platforms to report non-emergency concerns. Your data is vital in helping us allocate resources where they are needed most.
